Free CSS Template on “Styleshout.com”

Browsing by chance in the site Webmin, I came across the footer that refers to a small portal that offers standard web template.

The site in question is "Styleshout.com”, and templates that offers are divided into two broad categories: “Website templates”, i template freely usable, and "Premium templates”, i template a payment. The free templates are licensed under CreativeCommons, that in addition to requiring of preserve the author and to show its relative name, undertakes to include a link (linkback) to the website of the author.

I have no idea of the basic principle that leads to the inclusion in either category, I can note is that the standard templates are equally usable, and validated for l 'XHTML that for the CSS.
